This is where we always stay in Calgary. The suites are large, the breakfasts are exceptional (with more choices than a typical continental breakfast), the location is great and we love the pool and hot tub too. It was perfect for our family as it’s super close to the Zoo and Science Centre and 2 mins from a Superstore to grab groceries. Love it here!

The property was clean. The rooms were spacious. They offered 2 free drinks from the bar per room and a generous free breakfast. The pool and gym were clean. Lots of comfortable seating near the reception desk.

The room is clean and spacious, while the bed is very comfortable. The hotel has a very pleasant and calm atmosphere. The rainhead shower is excellent. All of the staff are routinely very friendly and helpful. Free underground parking is appreciated. The facilities, e.g. swimming pool and fitness centre, are good.

Bright clean rooms equipped with dishes, herbal tea, coffee. Complimentary wine in evening. The breakfast was outstaning. Fresh cooked food and lots of selection. Breakfast buffets can be disappointing in hotels but this was the best breakfast I ever had in a hotel. The rain shower was great nice temperature and pressure. The 24 hour gym was the best of any hotel. Large and spacious and lots of modern equipment

Travelled for only 4 days to attend a family wedding. Needed a hotel close to the airport. Room was large, bed extremely comfortable, kitchen/kettle facilities. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Staff friendly. There was a gym/pool which I didn't use. Only downside was with jet lag I was awake early and there was not a lot of outdoor walking space neat the hotel - but the streets were fine and safe so I used them! Was not expensive. Great value for money.

We were upgraded to a business suite at no additional cost. The room was large with plenty of storage. The king size bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was well lit and equipped with a walk-in shower with a combined rainfall shower head and hand-held shower head. The room was very quiet (perhaps the hotel wasn't very full?). The breakfast was really excellent, with so much variety (both hot and cold offerings).

The helpful frontdesk staff let us do early check-in which was much appreciated since we had an event to go to at 2PM. The room was amazing, I was in love with the spacious bathroom. We didn't end up using the kitchenette since we were only staying the night but they had everything you would need. The pool and hot tub was amazing and we ended up staying a few minutes later because of it oops. Breakfast was the best I've had as far as free hotel breakfast too.

April and staff were incredibly kind and perfectly descriptive as to where to go in the airport to get the shuttle for the hotel. We were given the confirmation to go to the sister pool as theirs was being reno’d. I had to wait a couple hours for our (out of province) shuttle home and they kindly and generously allowed us to stay at the pool so it would be easier to entertain the little one while we waited. One of the best all ages breakfast we have ever had and the cleanliness of the entire hotel was excellent !!

The staff, location and the room size were a plus. The location near Trans-Canada Highway Route 1 gets you around the city quickly. The room had a nice SW view of the skyline.
